With over 10 years of experience as a fitness and nutrition coach specializing in women’s metabolic health, I have helped countless women achieve their health, aesthetic, and fitness goals.


I want to empower you to feel in control of your health, to be the most energetic and confident woman you deserve to be.


Victoria is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Master of Health Science degree in Nutrition Communication. She has diverse experience in sports nutrition, nutritional genomics, complex care diabetes, and corporate and clinical dietetics. Victoria currently works as a clinical dietitian at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, and leader of nutrition programs at Integrative Health Institute.

 Week 1- Assessment

Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. We will complete a comprehensive assessment that includes your goals, health concerns, lifestyle, fitness, and stress levels. Our plan is designed just for you!

Week 2- Nutrition Plan 

Meal plan delivery. We know how important your time is. Our plans are comprehensive, and calculated and include recipes and grocery lists to make implementation easy.

Week 3 - Protein Macros

We start with protein because amino acids are the building blocks of your metabolism and most people are missing the mark. You will get ahead faster when you have access to fuel.

Week 4 - Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are essential for the microbiome, endurance, and hormone balance. Understanding how to use and choose carbs for fuel is the key to success.

Week 5 - Fats

Brain health, skin health, and hormone balance thrive with access to healthy fats. Some fats fuel and some fats inflame. We will help you unlock your strategy.

Week 6 - Meal Prep 

Consistently putting your knowledge into action is the key to success. This week is about the atomic habits that return big results.

Week 7 - Calibration

You are halfway to your transformation. It's time to take stock of what is working and identify the blocks to your success. Progress over perfection, this is why you have a coach. 

Week 8 - Movement

Your nutrition strategy needs to match the demands on your body. Knowing how to adapt to your environment is essential to your results. This is another reason why you need a customized plan.

Week 9 - GUT Health

You are what you absorb. Your digestive function and the health of your microbiome are also areas of nurture and require support from your nutrition plan.

Week 10 - Mindful Eating

Emotional eating requires a specific strategy. If you are human you have likely encountered these challenges. Developing awareness, compassion, and an action plan for stress reduction can help.

Week 11 - Calibration

Progress over perfection. This week we will review each milestone and implementation plan to lean into where you need the most support.
