My Approach

Function and performance, not just "normal" results.

For 15 years I ran one of Toronto's leading integrative health clinics, seeing thousands of clients across the lifespan. I made the decision to focus where it matters most to me: supporting strong, capable leaders thriving through their 40s and beyond.

I bring my training as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine — with additional focus in hormone health, metabolic health, and digestive health — together with health behaviour change science and leadership training, to help clients push back against the age-related changes that burnout and diet culture make worse.

My own health has taught me plenty about this work. Living with Ankylosing Spondylitis since my 30s, and now navigating my own hormone changes in my 40s, has shaped how I practice: with real respect for how hard-won steady health actually is, and no interest in vague reassurance when you deserve a plan.

I operate from a medical system that values function, not just "normal" lab results — one that asks bigger questions about your vision for your health, and doesn't assume anything about your commitment to it.

Who I Work With

Mission-driven, and ready for a real plan.

My clients are mission-driven individuals who understand their health is core to the work they do — Ontario's banking executives, lawyers, entrepreneurs, tech leaders, creatives, consultants, and retired professionals.

Common Questions

About my training and scope of practice

What is your background and training?

I am a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, operating within a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. Naturopathic medicine is the art and science of disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, using natural therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, and health promotion and disease prevention. I graduated in 2007 from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

Are you part of a regulated health profession?

Like Medical Doctors, Nurses, and Pharmacists, licensed Naturopathic Doctors are regulated under the Regulated Health Professions Act. Naturopathic Doctors are regulated by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), an arm's-length body of the government of Ontario.

Can you prescribe hormones?

Yes. I can recommend supplements and remedies for patients and prescribe a short list of drugs, including bioidentical hormones, because I have written additional examinations and met the additional Standard of Practice for Prescribing outlined in the General Regulation for Naturopathic Doctors. Can you prescribe IV therapy?

Yes. I have additional training in Intravenous Infusion Therapy (IVIT) procedures and have written additional examinations and met the additional Standard of Practice for IVIT outlined in the General Regulation for Naturopathic Doctors.

Can you order lab tests?

Yes. Naturopathic Doctors can order over 130 of the most commonly requisitioned lab tests plus additional functional medicine lab tests. Naturopathic Doctors cannot order ultrasounds, colonoscopies, MRIs, or bone density tests. OHIP does not cover the cost of testing.

Can you make a referral to a specialist?

No. Naturopathic Doctors cannot make referrals within the OHIP billing system to specialists such as gastroenterologists, gynecologists, or dermatologists.

Where did you go to university?

I graduated with distinction from Western University in 2003 with an Honours Degree in Health Science, then completed four additional years of post-graduate training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

What additional training do you have?

Every year I complete continuing education focused on metabolic health, hormone health, digestive health, and mental health, alongside a strong personal interest in leadership training and health behaviour change science.
